Because I spend so much time there, I’m probably biased, but I believe that River Hills is one of the best neighborhoods in the entire Twin Cities.  With its winding streets, large yards, excellent parks, and great metro access, River Hills is an exceptional place to live for both adults and kids.  Though not technically a resident – (I live on the edge of South River Hills in Eagan) – I drive through the neighborhood nearly every day, and during the warmer months spend time walking, biking, and enjoying the parks of both North and South River Hills.
